Hamilton churches — working together in 2020

The delivery of Hope Project booklets to letterboxes will be done by volunteers from 2020 onwards.

Could you please prayer-walk the streets near your church premises while delivering the ‘Hope for all’ booklets to letterboxes?

  • This unites you with churches right across New Zealand — who are doing the same together in all other cities and towns of 5000 or more people.
  • Hamilton has 41,854 eligible letterboxes (excluding ‘no-circulars’)
  • The city is divided into 171 delivery routes
  • Each delivery route therefore averages 244 homes each (one walk for one person)
  • To complete Hamilton together we need
    • 15+ churches in different areas, with 12 volunteers each
    • (or 15 churches with 2 people who will  go for 6 daily walks).

What to do:

Step 1: Select Area

View the relevant map below to identify delivery areas you could do
(areas are numbered, click area to view delivery-area map)

Step 2: Email Martin

Email Martin Stevenson on martinstevenson23@hotmail.com with (1) your name, church and cell number and (2) which areas you or your church would be willing to prayer-walk and deliver to. (In case needed, Martin is ‭021 830134‬. Please call outside of office hours where possible).

Step 3: We'll get in touch

Martin will be in touch to pass you

  • (i) detailed maps of the areas you selected,
  • (ii) where to pick up (and return your spare) booklets,
  • (iii) a 3min safety briefing video to watch, and to then simply reply to confirm it has been watched.

Thank you

Martin Stevenson
