Nelson churches — working together in 2020

The delivery of Hope Project booklets to letterboxes will be done by volunteers from 2020 onwards.

> There are 15,000 eligible letterboxes (excluding ‘no circulars’ letterboxes) in Nelson.

THE REQUEST: Could you please take on an area (or more) below to prayer-walk while delivering the ‘Hope for all’ booklets to letterboxes?

> In doing this we unite with churches across New Zealand who are doing the same in all cities and towns of 5000 or more people.

> Size of areas: TWO areas on this map = one walk for one person (Each area is only 150 homes. 300 homes is a moderate walk).

> For churches: Could churches please consider taking walks for 10 people (i.e. 20 delivery areas)? To achieve this, mobilise just one home group to take a walk in an evening, followed by supper.

What to do:

Step 1: Select Area

View the relevant map below to identify delivery areas you could do.

> Please take 2 areas per walk (our volunteer made the delivery areas too small).

Step 2: Email us

Email Pam Marchant – a local volunteer administrator,  (1) your name, cell number and church, and (2) which areas you would be willing to prayer-walk and deliver to.

Email: ‭pamelajeanmarchant@gmail.com

Cell if needed: 021 027 22051‬

Step 3: We'll get in touch

She will then pass you

  1. Detailed maps of areas you are taking
  2. Where to pick up booklets (and return left-overs) and
  3. Where to view the 3min safety video (after which you reply the email to confirm you have watched it.

> Deliveries are to be completed before Easter. The ideal delivery timing is the two weeks prior to Easter, but if you want to deliver earlier, that is fine.
